Institute for Independent Business

The Principal of Paradigm Switch Consulting is an accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB - www.iib.ws).

The IIB is a not-for-profit international research, training and accreditation body established in Britain in 1984, providing invaluable information and access to assistance to meet the needs of independent businesses. Through their accreditation as Executive Associates of the IIB Gen Ford and Angela McCusker are able to provide access to over 4,500 other Executive Associates in 28 countries throughout the world.

All IIB Executive Associates are themselves senior executives from virtually every profession, background and industry imaginable. As mature business people, they have typically been Chief Executives, Managing Directors or Executive Board Directors, and have personal experience of the pressures, stresses and joys of running a business. In consequence they are uniquely placed to provide advice and assistance to businesses of all types across the full spectrum of requirements - including provision to the worldwide resources and network of the IIB.

Once accredited, Executive Associates continue to be supported by the Institute through regional meetings held on a monthly basis, quarterly training seminars and an internet-based forum which provides a platform for exchange of information and the sharing of expertise. The exclusive network of Executive Associates - which is the largest in the world - allows them to work together on assignments to ensure that supported businesses receive only the highest quality service.
